Planning Your Event


1.   Sample (please design your own question) - I’m looking at having a reception for 200 people on October _____ of this year.  (In a location to be determined).  We’re looking at doing (sample meal) bar-b-q, baked beans, cole slaw, you know, a traditional bar-b-q meal.  We’ll also need drinks and dessert.  What packages do you have?  Prices?

2.      What all is included?  What are my choices for a 2nd entree?  Prices?
  
3.     Is the meat served in pans or chopped fresh at the event?
  
4.      What kind of table clothes are included?

5.     How many people come out and serve?
  
6.     Is the food all you can eat or a pre-set amount?
  
7.     (If pre-set amount ask…)  How much food is included?  (weights/quantities)  Do we keep the leftovers?

 8.    Do you guarantee all you can eat?  What happens if you run out? 

 9.  What if extra people show up?
